Reviewed on: 10/3/2010 Unverified Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend The metal supports are contoured for a more natural fit on your wrist and can be removed for laundering the product. The first evening I tried it.. I bowled 8 games to break it in and get used to it. After a few games I put the pedal to the medal and was rippin the rack with confidence. and was more consistant , one of my league team mates saw me and was like dang wats up !! Great Supplement to My Game By Anthony from Louisville, Kentucky

I must say it has been a helpful supplement to my game. Has allowed me to get a more effective wrist position when working with my ball. I have actually had to slow down my throw because the minor adjustments it made was enough to cause me to put too much power on my ball. Not complaining though. Only thing I suggest to watch for, and not the products fault, is the gloves you get to go with it. I just bought some gloves with a gel pad in the palm and this product will cover that pad.
