The original Encounter featured a pearl version of the revolutionary Elastin coverstock at a strength of 6.0 out of 10. The chemical engineers at Columbia 300 have taken this technology to a new level by creating even larger pores and increasing the length of the polymer chains in a solid version of Elastin.

Reviewed on: 4/13/2012 Unverified Pros:Explosive Cons:None Best Uses:Anywhere Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I been bowling since the '70's, i owned alot of bowling balls,but this one beats them all.If you can hit your mark this ball just roll right up into the pocket and takes out everything even with the pin action it carries more than i seen.I thought my Cuda C was my best ball on this one has taken the number 1 spot in my bowling ball.
