Pros:Adjustable velcro strap, Very Comfortable, Great Fit Cons:Hard to remove quickly Best Uses:Anytime Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I had a minor wrist injury this summer, just after leagues had started. I couldn't hold the ball without dropping it. When I used this support, I was able to stay behind the ball better, and my wrist pain stayed at a minimum. I never used a wrist support before this.
