Reviewed on: 10/2/2010
Verified Reviewer Pros:Controlable reaction, Pefect for tournaments, Great length Cons:Not for heavy oil Best Uses:Second shift league, Tournaments Describe Yourself:Pro Bottom Line:No, I would not recommend this to a friend Excellent length and great backend on low volume patterns or drier lanes. Very good in long format tournaments, second shift leagues, or dry house shots. Also very sharp looking colors. Erik V Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.

THE HYPE IS DRY HYPER ! By Bowling Ball tester Tom from Fort Wayne, Indiana
Reviewed on: 12/3/2011
Verified Reviewer Pros:Comfortable Grip, GOOD LIGHT TO MED OIL, Attractive Design, Great Weight, Nice Backend, HOOKS SLOWLY Cons:SLOW CArry to front end, FEW PITHOLES, SLOW TO REACT, TERRIBLE IN HEAVY OIL Best Uses:Upgrade, Tournaments, In dry to light oil, Good trainer ball, Local Bowling Alley, Great6 for beginning bowl, High gloss lanes Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend This ball is a good upgrade for youth bowler to graduating to another style of ball. This is not a bad ball for advanced beginner bowlers, it appeals more to the woman than the man. Ladies seem to like the feel, touch, color, and design of it. While testing this ball through the paces, I test balls for different companies, I do not get paid for this, they have me test products off and on. Been doing it for about 15 years, I put balls through some light and heavy tests. This ball seems to have a slow reacting hook, if your a slow speed bowler, if your a power bowler,, you would not want this ball. The more speed you use on this ball, the more chance of splits. This ball is more for the lady, than the man. The women like it, because it gives them a natural stroke and hook to their game. For the price this ball is well for the upgrade and the ladies. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BALL FOR THE LADY, OR AS AN UP GRADE FOR THE BEGINNER! IT COULD MAKE A GOOD BACK UP OR SECONDARY BALL IN A TOURNAMENT OR LEAGUE PLAY ! BEWARE ITS SPLIT AND FRONT END POTENTIAL, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR SPEED IS 15 AND UP ON YOUR NORMAL THROWING BASIS ! Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.
