retractable handle By kak from connecticut
Reviewed on: 11/18/2010 Unverified Bottom Line:No, I would not recommend this to a friend This is a nice bag - attractive, comfortable, well built. But has one problem feature - the retractable, locking handle does not retract completely. The handle, and the channels for the handle, extend 5" from top of bag when retracted.
