Compared to Plastic, Reactive coverstock technology increases traction and hooking action in the oil, and Reactive coverstocks can be sanded or shined to create large differences in hook potential. Reactive coverstocks also respond more aggressively to dry lane surfaces than Urethane coverstocks, increasing backend hooking action and hitting power. This is recommended as a first high-performance ball.

As Good as any High Priced Ball By Call me Dude from Ladson,SC
Reviewed on: 3/27/2010
Verified Reviewer Pros:Flawless Surface, Comfortable Grip Best Uses:Tournaments, Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend My wife chose this ball in a ball league at our local center and gave it to me as a gift. I had it drilled to go long with a strong back end flip and haven't looked back since I started using it. My avg has gone up by 13 pins and I recently rolled my first 300 game. My First Ball By The New Guy from Columbia, SC
Reviewed on: 3/12/2010
Verified Reviewer Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:Beginner Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend This is my first ball, and I thinks its great!! I'm still learning and enjoy doing it with this ball. My avg. is 146 but i have hit in the 200's in a few games during league play. If I hit my mark the ball breaks right into the pocket. Soon I will move up to a new ball but I will keep this one in the bag! Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.
