- Description: Predictable power is the best way to describe the new Python. With a more direct line of attack on the lane, a fast revving core and constricting power on the pins, the Python provides a secure ball reaction at the Advanced Performance price point. For the bowler who wants to play straighter angles with predictable power, get a Python and squeeze the life out of your opponent. Technology EnMotion Coverstock: The Python is the first ball with EnMotion coverstock available at the Advanced Performance price point. The Python uses a Pearlized version of the EnMotion coverstock. EnMotion combines the best elements from our PowerKoil™, Activator® and N’Control™ coverstock systems. Low RG Core: The Python core uses an updated version of the Original Inferno®. However, the weight distribution between the inner core and outer core has been adjusted to raise the overall RG, so even with its aggressive EnMotion coverstock, the Python will clear the fronts, rev in the mid-lane and devour the pins with one big bite. High Gloss Polish: The Python is finished with Brunswick’s Factory Finish High Gloss Polish to maximize the skidsnap reaction out of the box. This surface preparation will allow most bowlers to match-up to freshly oiled and moderately broken down house conditions.

Best purchase I've made in a long time. By Daddy Scott from Kingsport, TN
Reviewed on: 11/19/2009
Verified Reviewer Pros:Great Weight, Comfortable Grip, Attractive Design, Flawless Surface Best Uses:Upgrade, Tournaments, Making Buddies look bad, Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:Casual Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Just bought the python. The ball is great. Had mine drilled with the pin under my ring finger. What I wanted was a ball that gets into its roll early and has a long smooth arc. This ball does it. Pocket hits are hard with good carry. I find off pocket hits kinda soft (that's why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5). Anyways love this ball. In a nut shell its helped add 30 pins to my average. Awsome Ball This is the Python By Not a "baller" a "bowler" from Jackson, MI

Unverified Pros:Very controlable Cons:None Best Uses:Freshly-medium lanes Describe Yourself:Pro Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I got it right out of the box and shot a 225. I only bowled one game but this ball is the most controlable ball on the market. I like it better than my cell. And for the price wow its amazing. Drilled my Python with my pin right above my ring finger and my weight hole at a 90 degree angle to my thumb hole. This maximizes the controlable hook and not too much skid-snap. Verified Reviewer Pros:Attractive Design, Flawless Surface, Great Weight, Comfortable Grip, Durable Ball Cons:One Way Trip to Brooklyn Best Uses:Tournaments, Upgrade, Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend This ball is perfect for the next step in becoming serious about bowling. This ball is very forgiving, but lacks the "punch" that I would like to have. This ball is very predictable from release, a solid mid-performance ball with an affordable price tag. Consistant hook. Strong back end By Bill from Crafton from Pittsburgh, Pa
Reviewed on: 2/27/2011
Verified Reviewer Pros:Great Weight, Comfortable Grip, Attractive Design Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Just got back into league bowling for first time in many years. I decided on a new 14 lb Python drilled for fingertip grip with inserts, and set up by local pro shop for moderate hook. I have found the Pyhton to have a very predictable turn on the dry end and it is strong through the pins with little deflection. It is a good ball on slightly broken in oil, but still performs well on freshly oiled lanes at my local alleys. Personally I think it is a great looking ball, and it has held up well after the first 100 or so games, and it still cleans and shines up easily. Was this review helpful to you?
