I started bowling about 8 months ago. My average was roughly 130 with the house balls. When I first purchased the Sidewinder my average jumped to 150 - 160. Since then i've joined a league where my average has increased further, now about 180.
I don't have to much negative to say about the ball other than that it is not the most forgiving ball if thrown incorrectly.

This ball has been great used a black diamond for 25 years. Switched to this ball two years ago. Needed a lighter ball, took a while to get used to the hook. But now I love it I throw a very tight line and the ball is very predicatable. It is beat up by the lanes but still performs well AND PREDICTABLE. I have rolled more 600 series in the last year than I did in the previous 40 years put together.
