Good ball for the price! By DJR from Palmdale, CA
Reviewed on: 7/8/2010
Verified Reviewer Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line: Super ball when there is oil. On dry/burned lanes this balls over hooks and is on the same playing field as the mid priced balls. I was dissipointed that it hooks too much on dry/burned. I will be going urathane or plastic for these conditions when deep inside out shots are not necessary. 4 out of 5 still an awsome ball but its underrated on the dry oil conditions. I wanted a ball to go down and in on dry, not this one :-) plastic or urathane will be better. tried tossing down the 4 board with no hand still lucky to get a break on a brooklyn. (thats sick hook for a low end ball!) Ball speed 17-18MPH with no hand, just axis tilt to keep the holes from touching the lane. To use this ball in my comfort zone I throw it about 16MPH /w 325rev or so over 18 bard, breaking around 11 board back to the pocket. Was this review helpful to you? Great Ball For The Money! By Bev the Bowler from Huber Heights, OH
Reviewed on: 9/11/2010
Verified Reviewer Pros:Flawless Surface, Great Weight, Comfortable Grip, Attractive Design Cons:None Best Uses:Tournaments, Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I had this balled drilled straight up so I can use it on dryer conditions. It stays on line to the pocket on the dryer conditions better than any other resin ball I have owned, & I've been bowling for 36 years. I can also pick up the 10 pin with this ball! I absolutely love it. Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.

Backlash for down and on shhoters By THe kid!! from Chicago Illinois
Reviewed on: 1/3/2011
Verified Reviewer Pros:Comfortable Grip, Down and in shooters Cons:Not a great hooking ball Best Uses:Medium to dry lanes Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I think the Hammer Backlash is great for shooters that need a down and in ball that doesn't break hard to the pocket. I can stand in my same spot (middle of lane) for all 3 games and rip the down and in shot like a champ. Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.
