Definately Violent on the Backend By Widow-maker from Jackson Missouri
Reviewed on: 9/8/2009
Unverified Pros:Attractive Design, Comfortable Grip, Flawless Surface Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I bought this ball 3 years ago and it is still my favorite ball. The way it really takes off on the backend and crushes the pins like they personally insulted it is just phenomenal. After purchasing this ball my average jumped 30 pins, and has stayed pretty consistent since. Definately my go-to ball. Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.

Reviewed on: 8/25/2009
Verified Reviewer Pros:Great Weight, Comfortable Grip, Attractive Design, Flawless Surface Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley, Tournaments Describe Yourself:Pro Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Absolutely love this ball. Didn't think hammer would have a better rolling ball after the widow solid but I was proven wrong. Very versatile. Very strong on the backend but still controllable. After just 3 weeks of using it, I shot 300 with it on a very heavy ths. Still one of the best balls I own. Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.

Good Ball By silentINK from Milwaukee, WI
Reviewed on: 10/7/2009
Unverified Pros:Flawless Surface, Attractive Design Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley, Tournaments Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend This is one of the better balls that I own, I have been using it for two years now. Only down side is that it does not perform well at all on heavy oil lanes. The backend action can be described as weak at best. However on medium to light oil lanes this ball just crushes the pins. Holds it's Own By Detbohica from Mexicali, Mexico
Reviewed on: 3/7/2010
Verified Reviewer Pros:Comfortable Grip, Forgiving, Great Weight Best Uses:Tournaments, Upgrade, Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I use this ball in 4 tournaments per week, and also Nationals. I throw around 21mph and a lot of spin also. This ball is fairly controlable in most situations by moving your feet around or changing your mark. I can be off slightly and still find the pocket in general. The only regret is when there is heavy oil, I can't get the ball to come back to the pocket even with moving my feet or mark. Overall this is my go to ball always. Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.

Best Ball for consistent shot By DaBowler2 from Phoenix, Az.
Reviewed on: 2/16/2010
Verified Reviewer Pros:Great Weight, Attractive Design, Flawless Surface Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I quit bowling from 2002 to 2008. When i went back and found how out dated my equipment was my pro shop guy looked at what my track was and my grip and asked the right questions as to what I wanted. He suggested the Pearl. I'd only had 1 300 back in 1985 and shot a 300 with this ball 3 weeks after the purchase. Great backend (if you clean and polish right after bowling). Great carry on light hits cause of the revolutions and core design. I use only this ball and a plastic to pick up the 10 pin. Make adjustments with my feet if lanes are to dry. Great great ball. I've been carrying 195-198 after using for less then 2 years. Was a 185-190 before. Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.

Great Ball! By kraze1 from Burlington, VT
Reviewed on: 3/2/2010
Verified Reviewer Pros:Attractive Design, Comfortable Grip, Great Weight Cons:Not much room for error Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley, Tournaments, Upgrade Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I love this ball! I have been using this ball for 3 years now and it is the best ball I have ever owned! It has great length and a strong backend, and performs best in medium to heavy oil. This ball does not like dry lanes. When the lanes dry up I have to accommodate by moving left, as this ball takes off like a race horse when the lanes dry up! Before I started using this ball, my average was around 135 to 145. With this ball my average is now 166 to 178! I also bowl a lot more 200 games. The only con I have with this ball is that it does not allow much room for error; if I am off on my delivery, I find that it doesn't perform as well and won't reach the pocket (giving too much room for leaving the 10 pin or splits). Overall though, I would definitely recommend this ball!!! Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.
