- DESCRIPTION: The versatile MOTIV™ TX1 is deadly in the hands of any bowler. It has a controllable reaction and drives incredibly hard through the pins. The TX1 features the Thrust™ inner core, MOTIVator-X™ reactive coverstock, and 2-color NeoMark™ urethane graphics.
Thrust Inner Core
Powered by the Thrust inner core, the TX1 drives incredibly hard through the pins with a mid-level RG that is difficult to slow down. The Thrust inner core RG is 2.54 with a differential of .052 (15# ball).
MOTIVator-X Reactive Coverstock
The TX1 bowling ball features MOTIVator-X reactive urethane coverstock. The Cobalt Blue cover is finished at the factory with 1000 Abralon pads and brought to a luster with our very own Power Gel® Polish. This finish is dialed in for medium to medium-heavy oil.
NeoMark Graphics
The TX1 demands attention with 2-color NeoMark urethane graphics. Citrus Orange and Vintage White logos are featured on the TX1's Cobalt Blue coverstock.
Reverb Outer Core
The Reverb outer core of the TX1 is a low-density polyester resin with pin piercing hardness and strength. Rather than absorb impact energy, this outer core reverberates energy as it explodes through the pins.

GREAT BALL!!! EVEN BETTER DEAL!!! By rwmedic28 from Alabama
Reviewed on: 1/10/2011
Verified Reviewer Pros:Comfortable Grip, Attractive Design, Great Weight, Flawless Surface Best Uses:Upgrade, Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:Casual Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I love the simple design. The blue on the ball is almost navy unlike the picture on the add. The ball feels light and is easier to throw than my old one. I got the 16 lb. and my old one was 15 lb., but this one just feels nice and light during the swing. It has an agressive hook, but after a few frames it's easy to control. I bowled 5 games the day I got it drilled. I took 2 games to toy with it and the last 3 I bowled a 189, 172, and 206. I consider myself a beginner and I have never had 3 games that consistent nor have I ever bowled over a 190. The ball is priced great because it is a closeout model. It's a heck of a deal and I would definately recommend it to anyone; especially beginners looking for a quality ball at a great price. Was this review helpful to you?
