Good Spare Ball By Sidney from Cleveland, TN
Reviewed on: 3/8/2012
Unverified Pros:Flawless Surface, Glows under uv light, Attractive Design Cons:Light, Attracts oil Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:Beginner Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Image Submitted by Reviewer:Customer Image (Good Spare Ball) I bought this at the local pro shop for my girlfriend who loved the design. I recently bought an Ebonite Cyclone and am trying to learn how to hook the ball in different ways so I told her yes I could use it as a spare ball. We bought a 10 lbs model and let me tell you, it's light. The 9 lbs house ball feels way heavier. It has little to no hook unless you throw it extremly slow. All in all it's a great spare ball and looks awesome. My 2 complaints are 1, the holes feel like cardboard before polishing them. And 2, this thing attracts oil like crazy. After the first throw down the lane I could barely move it on the racks and it would spin like crazy. Nothing a towel can't fix. Was this review helpful to you?
