The young kid working there SWORE by and said if I didnt notice a difference that I could return it. Well I have bought at least a dozen since then!It has helped me in more ways than I could imagine. Even my mother with carpal tunnel has said she has felt 110% better! The only draw back is the petite size of the womens style only has one hologram, and the bigger one looks bulky on my wrist.
