Elite Platnium Ball Bag By Mako Smith from Huntington Beach, California

The construction is very good, in that the way the attachment of the materials are parted together. The oversize wheels make it a nice items as well. The are very smooth rolling over most surfaces. The bag is very durable. The zippers, although, very nice looking break or wear very poorly. The roll-a-way ball on the bottom is a nice though, however, has two problems. One is that it rolls to easy in the back of a car and will has no break to prevent this from rolling. Two the means of attachment to the bottom of the plastic tray breaks off as well. The handle which is a nice feature at the beginning begins to wear with age and becomes loose, but it is only a minor problem. The small detachable pouch also has a problem with the clasp. The clasp is made of less than durable metal and opens by it's self after a while. I will say I would purchase another after this one wears out because it is one of the most attractive bags on the market and easy to roll. Was this review helpful to you? I have now bowled 4 times with my new bag. I had read the reviews and knew the zippers were weak, so the first thing I did was spray them all with a graphite lubricant to insure they wouldn't snag and break, and to always be conscious of zipping it with care. Last night, my fourth time out, the main zipper pull tag for the ball area, snapped right off. For a "top-of-the-line" bag they should have used more than five cent zippers. Going up stairs with the handle has broken mine. No ramps in some bowling lanes. The handle broke after 3 years of this use, so I still love the bag.
