Reviewed on: 3/23/2011 Verified Reviewer Pros:Nice fit, Comfortable straps, Very Supportive, Comfortable Cons:Gets Very Hot Best Uses:League Bowling, Practice Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I have wrist problems and need a wrist guard that supported my wrist as well as increased stability. this guard did everything i wanted and need in a wrist guard. It is very nice to wear and looks good. the only down side is how hot it gets, it does not breath well at all.
