Ronnie Russell

Just recently Ronnie Russell bowled his 12th PBA career perfect 300 game and only the 24th televised 300 game. Ronnie Russell joined the PBA in 2003. Before that he bowled for Vincennes University where he was a first team All-American in 2002 and ‘03. In 2012-13 season after 10 years and 142 tournaments, he captured his first PBA Tour title by winning the Brunswick Euro Challenge. He defeated Sweden's James Gruffman 224-210 in the championship match. He owns three second-place Tour finishes which include the 2009 Etonic Marathon Open, the 2008 PBA Exempt Doubles Classic with Joe Ciccone and 2009 Chameleon Championship. He then won his second career title and first on U.S. soil after 11 seasons on Tour at the PBA Bear Open defeating Tommy Jones 234-164 in the championship match. Back in 2004 his average score per game was 202.01. After years of hard work he is now averaging 220.87 points a game. He has made huge strides in his life to become the best possible bowler he can be. Just as he has proven on live television with his perfect 300 game, hard work and self perseverance will pay off and dreams do come true.
