Unfortunately, none of the shoes are meant to have toe drag. This shoe will have the rubber toe cap on them if you want to tap your toe but it would not be good for heavy toe drag.

The soles are sold as cut to fit so you can cut them to fit either the left or right shoe. Also, for 3G the soles are numbered different than the other brands. For 3G the lower the number the more slide you get so a slide 2 felt sole from 3G would be similar to the Slide 10 felt sole by Dexter for example.
