Hi, the 3G Solid Felt Sole would be comparable to the S10, and if you use the Red Leather heel by Dexter, then the 3G Heel Leather Orange would be comparable.

The higher the number on the sole and heel the more traction you will have. The lower the number the less traction you will have.

The removable soles are all slightly too wide for their opening on the shoe sole. What do I do? Return the shoes?

Most of the soles will need to be cut or trimmed. You can get a sole that is fit for certain sizes, however, even those you will need to trim down a bit.
