At this time, 3G has not manufactured a wide width. The available width now is a standard D width.

description says toe cap is replaceable but it is glued on. How is it replaced?

The toe cap will have a bit of glue to help keep this in place but they do make a replacement toe cap in case the toe cap has an problems. You would remove the previous toe cap very carefully and then clean where the glue was before attaching and gluing the next toe cap on if you needed to replace this.
