Hi Norm. The B width is usually a regular width in women's bowling shoes, but a D width is a regular width in men's bowling shoes.

If I wear this on my right foot with a tour ultra on my left (sliding), will there be a noticeable height difference? ie will I be leaning one way or the other when standing flat?

There might be a difference in height with the shoes. You could be leaning one way and that would not be good for your approach.
