Out maneuver your competition with the 900Global Special Ops bowling ball. 900Global modified the Break asymmetric core to cleanly make its way through the front of the lane so the ball can make its move on the backend. The S70 Hybrid coverstock on this ball provides an ideal blend of friction and backend reaction when used on medium oiled lane conditions.

It has the same Break Asymmetrical core shape that is known and loved but the density in the core has been changed to create another unique ball reaction. The Special Ops has the same S70 cover as the Black Ops but with a hybrid cover. With the changes this creates more length in the front part of the lane than the Black Ops with virtually the same back end motion. The Special Ops will be a go to ball at some point during the day when the oil starts to dissipate in the heads and carry down the lane as more shots are being thrown. This ball is a must have in my opinion..... Remember, 900 Global has a great line of equipment so stop by your local pro shop and add more Performance to YOUR game. Greg Thomas 900 Global Staff
Ball: 900 Global Special OpsCoverstock: S70™ HybridFinish: 1500 Grit, PolishedColor: Black/OrangeCore: Break™ Asymmetric2.52 Radius of Gyration.044 Differential0.17 Intermediate DifferentialDrilling: 4 x 4x 4Pap: 4 3/4 x 7/8 up Lane Condition: 40 Foot THSThe Special Ops is the black ops with a S70 hybrid cover. The special ops gives you an option of a cleaner front lane reaction with still retaining energy for a good direction change at the end of the lane. The black and orange color scheme is visually appealing and looks really good rolling down the laneCompared to the Black ops, (similar drilling) the special ops was 4 feet longer and a smoother, less angular down lane motion.Sean Daniels - 900 Global Staff PlayerAloha, Oregon
Special OpsCoverstock: S70™ HybridFinish: 1500 Grit, PolishedColor: Black/OrangeCore: Break™ Asymmetric2.52 Radius of Gyrationte.044 Differential0.17 Intermediate DifferentialThe Special Ops is my 1st ball drilled from 900 Global. It was originally drilled for medium oil, but is my go to ball for all oil patterns. This ball hits from both the inside when playing the oil, and from outside when bumping the dry. The ball stays low on the deck and carries the corner pins like no other.Hope to soon have another ball to compare to for my next review.High Rev, High Ball Speed Player.Standard drill pattern, 3-4 inch pin, drilled with pin between fingers above
The Special Ops is the latest release in the Preferred Series to use the very powerful S70 coverstock. This version is the Hybrid S70 and it surely does not disappoint down the lanes. It has a very clean release through the heads and into the mids. Once it gets to the backend of the lane you will the standard snap that you have expected from any Global Release with this cover and core combination. We put a very simple layout with the pin just slightly over my ring finger and the CG towards the center of my grip. The color combination of Black and Orange looks amazing as it goes down the lane. If you were a fan of either the Black Ops or the Break Down you will not be disappointed with the Special Ops. I would highly recommend this ball to any league or tournament bowler.
Just got this ball at a tournament where there wasn't any oil a perfect piece to.my equipment. I'm a down and end roller and shot the ball up 5 boards and it held the line and lit up the pocket. Very smooth and looks like nice walking into the pocket each a s every Time..Great Ball
