Question:

Drilling and inserts available

8/19/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

We do offer custom drilling for this ball which is $39.95 and if you wanted to add inserts this option would come up on the drilling page with an option to add finger inserts for $4.98 for the pair and $9.99 for the thumb slug. Those are optional so you did not have to get this extra if you did not need these options.

Question:

When drilling is purchased. Do I receive a ticket or receipt to give to a pro shop so they can drill the ball?

11/9/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

If you purchase drilling on this ball through our website then we would be the ones that drill the ball. You would have to provide us with the measurements for your drilling in order for us to do the drilling. If you do not select the $39.95 drilling then the ball would come without holes and you may pay your local proshop to measure and drill the ball to fit your hand.

Question:

How this ball compare to the chaos 300 black

1/6/2020 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

They are going to be very similar in reaction on the lane because both are designed to go later on the lanes and have a sharp backend hook. However, the Brunswick Hero is showing to work best in medium oil and the Chaos is rated for medium to heavy so the Chaos may be just a little bit stronger hook potential.
