Balls with Same Hook Potential, Lane Conditions and Coverstock as the Brunswick Quantum Bias:

Brunswick Quantum Bias

Brunswick's successful relaunch of the Quantum product line continues with the Quantum Bias. This bowling ball features high-density Quantum Mushroom High RG Asymmetric cores along with a thicker coverstock. This thicker coverstock offers durability, longevity, and massive hitting power. This ball is unique in that each core has a unique design to compensate for the gross weight of the ball, the core's dynamics, and the balls hook potential. The Bias uses Brunswick's ECA-XR coverstock formula and the all-white color gives a unique look as well as enhanced hooking power due to the traction additive found in Brunswick's white pigment.

Question:

What is a generic core?

10/26/2018 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

I was just looking back and this ball is only available in 14-16lbs. There is not a lighter weight option so this does not have a generic core offered. The weight block is pictured for each weight above. On other higher performance balls that offer a 12 or 13lb ball then they may use a generic weight block in the ligher weights but on this ball there is not a generic option because this is not available in lower weights.

Question:

I'm 13 I have a quantum bias.So I played 200 games with it was hooking how I like it then. My ball was getting really dirty so my coach cleaned it and now my quantum Is barely hooking What should I do

11/15/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Usually cleaning the ball will help the ball hook more. You may have to resurface the cover to make sure the cover did not somehow get clogged with cleaner when it was being cleaned and to also make sure it was not some kind of polish/cleaner combo.
