Question: how do you get the hole' s drill in the ball ring size

4/20/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer: You actually have two options to get this ball drilled. We offer basic drilling which is described above (below the weight drop down) or you can take it to a local driller to get a custom drilling. Even though we offer the basic drilling we recommend that you go to a local driller to get your ball drilled based on your specific measurements.

Question: What is drilling protection? Do I need protection for someone else to drill?

11/25/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer: Hello Karen. Drilling protection is basically an insurance during drilling. If anything were to happen during the drilling process and your ball chips or cracks, we will replace your ball at no extra cost to you.
