The True Fit Guarantee is a one time fee of $3.99, we will send a pre-paid shipping label with your shoes. If your shoes do not fit and you need to exchange them for a smaller or larger size, you can use the shipping label to ship them back to us. The True Fit Guarantee will also cover our $5 reship fee that we normally have for shoe exchanges as well. Unfortunately, it does not cover a full refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Usually the size changes after size 13 to go to the size 1. So if you wanted to get one size up to give her room to grow into the shoe you could go to the size 1 little kid. You may also want to think about the True Fit option just in case you needed to switch the sizes out after you try them on. The True Fit will make exchanging the same shoe to a different size easier, quicker, and cheaper.

I'm confused by child shoe sizing. I have a toddler in size 6 shoes, not a KIDS six but a toddler 6. What size do I order?

Using one of our kids rental shoes we can see some of the toddler sizes starting as low as toddler size 7 and that goes up to a size 13 and then it changes to a size 1 youth which is where this shoe starts. So this shoe is not available in a small enough size for a toddler size 6. You may have to get a rental style shoe to get something that small and maybe the size 7 toddler would be a close enough option.

Some of our other children shoes have smaller sizes that are from 8-13 (toddler) and then the shoes change back to size 1-5 for bigger children but we just list this out beside the sizes so you know that this is more of a big kid size instead of a toddler size.

This shoe model is only offered in youth sizing. We have some rental shoe options at are available in smaller kids sizes between 7-13 and then the size goes up to the youth sizing from 13 to size 1 youth.
