Balls with Same Hook Potential, Lane Conditions and Coverstock as the Brunswick Zenith Hybrid:

Brunswick Zenith Hybrid

The Brunswick Zenith Hybrid is the perfect blend of the Zenith Pearl and Zenith Solid in one high-performance bowling ball. This ball was not designed to be the strongest ball for oil or have a skid/flip reaction but is perfect for right in the middle. The combination of the Zenith core and the A.X.H Hybrid Reactive coverstock creates more of a mid-lane reaction with a big hook.

Question:

compare this to the dark code please

8/14/2021 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

The Zenith Hybrid will read the lanes much earlier and have a smoother arcing hook while the Dark Code goes longer for a late sharper backend hook. Both have a high hook potential and work in heavier oil conditions.

Question:

compare this to the scorpion please ... thanks .. which ball would be better on a fresh THS

8/22/2021 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

The Scorpion is a mid performance ball while the Zenith Hybrid is a high performance ball. The weight block in the Zenith is stronger and will give this a higher hook potential. They can both work in medium oil and some heavy oil conditions and have similar earlier read in the midlane for a smooth arcing hook but the Zenith will have more overall hook.

Question:

How would this fit between a rhino hybrid and a sonic pearl.

10/23/2021 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

This ball is going to be stronger than the Rhino and also stronger than the Storm SoniQ (if this is the ball you were referring to). This should work well in medium to heavy oil but it will read earlier on the lanes then the Rhino and SoniQ to give it a smoother arcing hook.
