Hi.This shoe is standard youth boys sizing, so a size 1 would typically be for a boy around the ages of 6-7.

The shoe is considered standard width but I am not sure how this shoe would fit compared to other shoe models unfortunately. On the front half of the shoe there will be microfiber slide soles and then on the back of the shoe there is a rubber heel to help stop you.

After the size 13 the shoes go up to youth sizing in sizes 1-5. Then it goes to adult sizes for size 6 and above. I hope this helps.

This shoe is specifically sized for boys but it only goes up to a boys size 5. Then this changes over into men sizes so you may need to get a men size 8. We also recommend the True Fit in case this shoe fits a little different than your other brands or shoe models. For your daughter you may be able to get a youth or girls shoe in a size 4 but I would still recommend the True Fit to help exchange sizes in case the first size did not fit.
