Question:

I am currently throwing a Track LX16. Pin above and outside of the right finger. Also the my track is just left of the finger holes. 13mph. Will the Columbia be stronger on the back end?

2/12/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Your Track ball will be much more aggressive than this Nitrous for the Track ball is a high performance ball and the Nitrous is only a mid performance ball.

Question:

What is the differance between the 10-11 and the 12=16 lb. in action

3/27/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

On the 10-11lb there is a generic weight block that is used. The 12-16lb Columbia uses the Nitrous core. The only difference in performance comes from the different weight blocks. The lighter weight bowling balls have a slightly lower hook rating because of the different weight block but the difference is very small. They still have same coverstock and finish so you would get a similar reaction.

Question:

I use a AMF double clutch ball 15lb. I throw around 15mph and mostly release on right side of lane with low revs. Would the nitrous be better at improving my hook into the pocket or get me to move in to the left side of the lane more than sticking to the right side.

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

They will have about the same performance level.

Question:

How does the Nitrous compare to the 300 Beast for hook and powwer ?

10/11/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

The Beast line is essentially replacing the Nitrous line in the mid performance line for lighter oil conditions. They have very comparable hook potential and reactions on the lane.
