I am an older left handed lady. Not very strong. Had a stroke and it affected my right side which i slide with right leg, which is weaker then left. I just started bowling to try to get some strength back. Using a 7 and doing ok. catch myself with left leg. Don1t wanna go heavy , can't do it. But don"t get pin action. plus it doesn"wanna come back. Will 8 be better. 9 to heavy. DEb
