This shoe comes with the THE 7 Slide and H5 heel. This will be a pretty standard slide and falls about in the middle of the scale for how much it lets you slide. The higher the number on the pad or heel, the more it lets you slide so you could look into getting a higher pad if THE 9 S7 sole was not enough slide.
