You could order a higher number slide sole if you feel the slide is not enough. If you feel the heel is stopping you too much you could also look at a H7 heel to give less braking.

This sole is only intended to work with Dexter THE 9 bowling shoes. The sole will clip in to the front of the shoe with the toe clip and then velcro to the bottom of the shoe.

Can this be used on both your left and right shoe or does it need to be cut a certain way for each, I’m an ambidextrous bowler and I do t want to own two pairs or shoes or take two pairs to a tournament/ league,
