How do I choose my sliding sole

This shoe comes with the slide 8 sole included. If you need more slide than the slide 8 you would need a higher numbered slide and if you need less slide than the 8 you would need a lower numbered slide.

They do not have adjustable heels. It will only have the adjustable slide sole on the slide shoe.
