The True Fit Guarantee is a one time fee of $3.99, we will send a pre-paid shipping label with your shoes. If your shoes do not fit and you need to exchange them for a smaller or larger size, you can use the shipping label to ship them back to us. The True Fit Guarantee will also cover our $5 reship fee that we normally have for shoe exchanges as well. Unfortunately, it does not cover a full refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

This shoe is universal and has slide soles on both shoes. If you are right handed this shoe will work for you. If you are left handed this shoe will also work for you because it works for both right and left handed bowlers.

If you have not worn a Dexter shoe before I would suggest getting a model that is not on closeout. Closeout shoes cannot be returned or exchanged so if you get the shoe and it did not feel comfortable you could not return this. You may also consider the True Fit Guarantee when selecting your shoe to help if you have trouble with the sizing. That is not offered on closeout shoes because it cannot be returned or exchanged.
