This shoe is considered a standard B width. I could not say how this would fit compared to your other shoes unfortunately but you may want to get the True Fit Guarantee option which could help you go up or down in size on the same shoe model if the first size did not fit.

Yes, this shoe has slide soles on the front of the shoe. The heel is designed to stop you so if you try to slide flat footed the heel will likely stop you but if your momentum keeps you more toward your toes then the slide pad will help you slide.
