We recommend that you get your normal shoe size. Rental shoes are worn by a lot of different people and they can get stretched out some because of this so that may be why you are able to wear a smaller size on the rentals. You may also want to get the True Fit just in case you need to switch sizes on the same shoe model and it will make the exchange process quicker, easier, and cheaper.

With a closeout shoe we cannot do returns or exchanges unfortunately. The shoe still has a warranty but we handle warranties different from a standard return or exchange.
