How bad is the damage to the SST red and white shoes

Answer:
A customer returned this shoe after trying the shoe on and the white slide sole was just a little dingy like they may have walked around their house with it on. The sole was very good and not damaged but we could not sell it as new because of the sole not being perfectly white. Also, when this customer returned this shoe, they taped up the Dexter shoe box instead of putting the Dexter shoe box back into a shipping box to ship this back so the Dexter shoe box has some tape on it. That is the only reason this was not sold as brand new and it is in great condition.
