Sure. it won't hook on its own. You'll have to either swing cross alley, or flick your wrist, to pick up the corners, but this ball does that well.

Yes, most bowling balls will be able to be used by two handed bowlers. This ball was designed to go straight so it can be a good spare ball option if you needed.
