Answer:
Youth shoes on our site can range from toddler sizes up to big kid sizes. This falls in between a toddler and a bigger kid shoe size so we list this as a little kid. I looked at another shoe just to give you a scale and there are other kids shoes that go from 7-13 and then it changes over to size 1-5. After the size 5 it goes to adult shoe sizes. I hope this better shows where this falls on the kid shoe sizes.

Unfortunately we do not have a size chart to compare the size in centimeters. We are sorry for any trouble on this. I would suggest getting a shoe that is not on closeout because if you have any problems with the sizing you cannot send a closeout shoe back for returns or exchanges.
