The Tote Rollers were specifically designed to be able to meet airline requirements for carrying (3) 15lb bowling balls so this should work. That being said, there cannot be anything else in the bag with the balls. Any other items in the bag and it could go over the weight restriction. Also, it would not pass for 3 16lb balls.
