Question:

How should I use this ball

Answer:

This ball is designed for lighter oil conditions and it has good length with a decent backend hook in those conditions. If you bowl on open bowling nights there will not usually be a lot of oil so this would be a good option then. It could also be a good option at the end of the night in leagues when the lanes have dried out from all the bowlers bowling on the lanes and you need a ball that is not going to over react too early.

Answer:

If you dull the coverstock then it will read the lanes earlier and have more of an arcing hook rather than a skid/flip hook. Also if you dull the finish this ball could work better in medium oil conditions or more oil than the out-of-box finish.
