Question:

I have a dv8 diva would this be a nice upgrade ball to go in

6/15/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Hi Kay, this ball would is not going to give the same kind of reaction as the Diva because this is a ball with Pearl Coverstock. It is designed to go long on the lanes and hook sharply into the pins at the back of the lane. The Diva was a ball with a solid reactive coverstock and was designed to begin hooking around the middle of the lane.

Question:

Why would you drill thru the pin on xoxo bowling ball.

7/10/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Hello! I'm not sure if you're referring to something specific or not, but in general, you wouldn't drill through the pin on any ball because that weakens the ball itself and voids the warranty.

Hello German! No, the 11 lb ball does not have the Diva core. This ball has more of a pancake core in the 11 lb variation.

Question:

If the 11-lb. version of this ball has a pancake core rather than the diva core, is there a difference in performance, and if so, what is the difference?

8/5/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Hello! There will usually be differences between the different weights in how the balls perform. But the manufacturer tries to design them in such a way that the balls will hook in generally the same way between the weights.

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Hi Lola! A skid flip reaction is what the ball does when it first hits the lane surface; all balls need to skid before hooking.
