Update on handle
I contacted bowling.com about my bag handle and they sent me a new handle. It was easy to install. We will see how it goes.

Very disappointing
I was happy with it and used it two nights a week for league bowling until the middle of March when the pandemic stopped all bowling. I bowled for the first time since on August 7th and the telescoping handle broke. Very disappointing!
