Ebonite Maverick
Take a ride into the danger zone with the Ebonite Maverick bowling ball. This high performance bowling ball features the Maverick core which was based on the successful Warrior core. This core was designed to produce an increased revving action in order to produce a sharp hooking motion. This core has an increased volume of mass at the opposite end from the pin enabling the ball to maintain more energy for the backend. This ball uses Ebonite's GB 14.0 solid coverstock which provides great mid lane traction, continuation, and pin carry.

Which ball between this and the maverick pearl would be better fitted for heavy oil

Question:
What is pin top weight
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Pin Placement can be Out or In. A drilling term that is relative to a bowler's track designed purposely for creating more ball dynamics. A Pin-in ball (when the pin is located within two inches of the Center of Gravity) is excellent choice for control and less hook; a Pin-out ball usually can be made to hook more and flip more dramatically than pin-in balls; they often give the driller more options. And the Top Weight is for drilling of a ball so that there is more weight above the label than there is below; it is considered a positive weight.

Question:
How does this ball compare to the Verdict?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
This ball is best performed on medium to heavy oiled lane conditions whereas the Verdict best performs on Heavy oil lane conditions and the Verdict is a Pearl coverstock giving it more length and the Maverick is a solid so it will be more aggressive.
