Great question! The inserts are built into this glove so you will need to remove the inserts in your ball for your fingers to fit.

Hello! Whatever size you normally wear in gloves, where it be a winter glove, cleaning glove, gold glove, etc... would be the same size you would get for the Griips Glove.
