Question:

How would you compare this ball to the bad intentions? I want a ball I can go to when my bad intentions is not so controllable.

6/5/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

This ball is very comparable to the original Bad Intentions because it has the same weight block and is designed for the same type of lane conditions. The only difference is that this is the Hybrid version of the original Bad Intentions which was a solid cover. So this is designed to be just a little longer on the lanes but it makes up for that by have a stronger backend. The Bad Intentions Hybrid could be an option to replace the Bad Intentions if you felt that the Bad Intentions was reading too much in the midlane and you want more length but I would not recommend using this as a back up for the Bad Intentions.

Question:

I'm left handed and my target is the 10 board will a hook at the end. Is this ball good for my style?

6/6/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

When you are left handed you will more than likely have more oil on the left side of the lane throughout the night. The Hammer Bad Intentions Hybrid works well in medium to heavier oil and the reaction is designed to give good backend reaction. It is hard to say if you will be able to play this on the 10 board because there are a lot of factors that can determine where you would need to play this. Your ball speed and rev rate have a lot to do with where you would have to stand but I think this will give you a good strong backend for the medium to heavier oil that you will likely be playing in.

Hello! That would be something that would probably be better to talk about with your driller because he can find your measurements and discuss with you what you want to do with the ball.
