I'm also a runner, and have had a lot of leg issues. I use custom-molded orthotics in both shoes. Do these have removable insoles that I can take out in favor of my orthotics? What is the cushioning level of the shoe?

To get replacement soles for this shoe you would need to get the Kr Strikeforce soles and the higher the number on the sole the more it slides. For example, a slide 10 slides more than a slide 8.
