Will the triple tote fit onto the new dye subliminated three ball tote..??

The top accessory pocket would not be able to transfer to the dye sub slim bag unfortunately. There are not clips on the Dye Sub Slim to connect but the accessory pocket works well on this Premium Deluxe bag.

There are not securing straps on the balls because this bag is built to be a very tight fit for all 3 bowling balls in the ball pockets. The balls will not be able to move because of how tight the construction is designed.

How easy is it to pull with only the strap, or is there a pull out handle as well?

There is not an extending metal handle for this bag. This bag is meant to be much lighter in weight and to get the weight down they had to take out the frame and metal handle. This is a little less stable than a roller bag that has the frame and extending handle but should still roll pretty well. If you roll this straight mostly it will have no problems. If you have to turn a lot then it may be worth going up to a more durable roller option with the extending handle.
