Customer Questions & Answers | Reviews
Question:
Is this a plastic ball

Question:
Do you recommend this Bowl for Two Handed bowlers?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
There is not a specific ball made for two handed bowlers and other balls made for one handed bowlers. This ball is made to work on medium to heavy oil conditions and the duller finish helps it to read in the midlane. If you have a slower ball speed and high rev rate then this ball is not a good match. If your ball speed and rev rate are both high then this ball would probably work fine for you.

Question:
I loved the Old “hot sauce!” is this an improved version of that ball?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
There was an older ball called The Sauce and another ball called the Hot Sauce. The Hot Sauce was designed to go longer on the lanes and have more of a backend hook while this ball is designed to read the midlane and have a strong arc shaped hook. It has some modified pieces that resemble more of the original The Sauce more than it would the Hot Sauce.

Question:
I have 13mph ball speed. Does that work for this ball
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
If you have an average to lower rev rate then you could possibly use this in heavier conditions. But if you have a higher rev rate then I would suggest looking for a ball with a pearl coverstock or a polished finish to give you more length.

what core does the 13lb ball have

Question:
I have the Hammer Legend right now..how does this compare to that?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
I am not sure which Hammer Legend you have currently because when I search this I found several Black Widow Legend options. I can confirm that the Black Widow series was considered an upper mid performance level while The Sauce is a high performance level so it would likely be stronger than the Legend you have. Also, The Sauce has a solid cover and duller finish so it is designed to read earlier on the lanes and have a smoother arcing hooking. I hope this helps.
