Hello Steven! This shoe comes in the standard D width. It should be comparable to any regular width shoe you'd wear.

If you look in the second picture it will show the horseshoe shaped heel. This heel is not raised but it will help to stop you from sliding too much. Every bowling shoe will have some kind of heel designed to help stop you while every bowling shoe also will have a slide sole on the front of the shoe to help you slide.
