Does this shoe require a tool for heel changing

Answer:
No, the soles and heels can be removed by hand. The velcro can be pretty strong so it may be hard to remove but once you get it started it will come off by hand.

what range are the sole slides ?? Is #10 the slickest and are the heeels comparable to the leather heel that Dexter has ?/ I am an old stroker so I still slide not plant and roll.
